Had a problem with headlight while pulling out of the parking lot and found out the horn was disconnected when I got home and had to reconnect it otherwise great service very respectful and kept me updated every step of the way 10/10 employee for sure

My truck looks like new. The detailed invoice showing repairs done as well as parts replaced was great. All of the panel tolerances look like the vehicle is straight from the showroom.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. Great communication, convenient with texting. Repairs were earlier than expected. They were still available and returned our vehicle the night before Christmas eve. Also, the way that the rental car company work alongside Caliber collision was excellent. Enterprise even picks you up to get your rental. The most unexpected and great part, Caliber collision even returns your rental on your behalf. What could've been an awful experience turned out to be super easy and quick. My vehicle tuned out brand new!
