Very disappointed I took my in after a wreck and the Report that worked in it was fired so they sent me to another one. The geico rep came out called and lied to me then she calls shop ,shop calls me telling me pick up car. I took car to another shop and found out the motor to tailgate had glitch and the ecu was fine and the right back shock was leaking. None of this was said to me at Caliber Collision so All they did was replace bumper and thats it. If they would if checked they would found out .mycar was still pulling to right and the light was still on inside from sensors after getting hit. Im very disappointed

Bridget and the rest of her crew did a great job on the repairing of my 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross. Bridget was great, she constantly kept me informed on the repairs. And she took her time and made sure everything was working and perfect before turning my car back over to me. She was a pleasure doing business with and if I ever get involved in another accident again I would use Bridget and Caliber Collision-Cavendar again
