Paul did an excellent job with repairing my vehicle and keeping me up to date on what was going on. He was very good at explaining and showing me the problems. I wish it was done sooner, but not Caliber’s fault at all that the lift light arrived damaged three times and shows you wanted it done right and to perfection. I cannot thank you all enough for the care and attention to getting my vehicle fixed and back on the road!

The customer service was outstanding. Melissa at the front counter was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. Jeremiah did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the entire process, providing updates on everything that had been completed and what was still being worked on.
