My experience was a mix of frustration and appreciation. The repair itself was completed, but it took multiple attempts over nearly three weeks to get the paint finish to the quality I was looking for. Throughout the entire process, however, the staff was courteous, professional, and respectful. They listened to my concerns and never made me feel like I was asking too much. I truly appreciate their patience and willingness to continue working with me until I was satisfied with the final result. Their customer service made a difficult situation much easier.

We were very satisfied with the work that Caliber collision did for my wife’s car. Alex went above and beyond what needed to be done and did a little extra.
