Brought my car in after being broken into for window repair and steering column needing to be replaced. The communication about when my vehicle would be ready was poor. Then they called and said the wrong glass window was ordered so it was going to be even longer. I came in when it was ready and the trim on the window that we discussed prior had not been fixed properly and I had to point that out and ask that it be fixed right. They said to come back anytime the next week and they could fix it that same day once they had the correct part. So I called ahead then and was told it wouldn’t be able to be worked on until the following week now. However, they were able to make time for it, but it was definitely not well communicated. I also asked that the theft prevention club be put on my steering wheel when it was not inside the shop being worked on because it is a highly stolen car and I came to pick it up the next day and it was sitting in the lot with no club. This was not the best experience.

Incredibly satisfied with the customer service but very disappointed that the part that was replaced was plastic as opposed to the metal from an OEM. Also, one of the brake light covers was t replaced and is still cracked. Bumper was what was replaced and it is not even the same of what I had before…there were 2 hitches (left and right side) and now there is only one (right side). The replacement is very cheap.
