I was very satisfied with my experience! This was my second time using Caliber Collision, and I know exactly where I’ll take my car in the future if I ever need repairs again—hopefully not, God forbid! A special thank you to Joe Nunez for making the entire process so easy and stress-free. He kept me informed with regular updates, and my car was actually completed three days earlier than estimated. I was especially grateful that he was able to accommodate me by dropping my car off at my house while I was out of town. I truly couldn’t have asked for better service. When I dropped off the vehicle , I informed the service guy that the hood was not aligned due to the accident. However when I picked up my vehicle, the service guy stated that it was not mentioned on the paperwork. Also the paint job on the bumper could have been better as there where spots that look like it had dirt or lint and it was just painted over.

First, When I dropped off the car, I had informed the service guy that the hood was off lined due to the accident. When I when to pick up my vehicle, I noticed the hood was not aligned and I asked the service guy, he said it was not listed on the paperwork. The paint job does look too good. My understanding is that y'all painted the whole bumper. However, the left side of the bumper looked like there's Lint or dirt and it was just painted over it.

I appreciated that every time I called Joe was always available to answer my questions and provide status updates. My vehicle was ready faster than expected and left look brand new! They also handled everything with my insurance which made this whole process so much easier, all I had to do was wait for the repairs to complete.

It took almost three weeks for then to get started on our truck. Mario called every week to tell us parts were ordered but arrived damaged and had to reorder delaying some more. Once they actually repaired the truck and painted it the work was good. It took over a month to get it back which was frustrating.
