The communication was good. The assessment of the damage and the parts used to fix my car was sub-par. The hood on my car is damaged from the incident. Did not get fixed. The plastic parts used are coming loose. Going to have to take it back.

Great customer service all around, Joe kept me up to date on my truck and showed me around my truck when I showed up to make sure I was satisfied. I was pleased with the great customer service. Joe and Kim are very good at what they do. Joe kept me up to date on my truck on the process and walked me around my truck to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Kim was very professional as I was greeted as I walked in the office.
