David Diprimo did an amazing job handling the repair. The entire team, from the mechanics who did the body work, to the receptionist Denise, and even the young woman who buffed and detailed my car all did a fantastic job. In an era where many people think genuine customer service has been replaced by automation and AI, David and the team there clearly demonstrate that not only is customer service still what sets businesses apart but also appreciated now more than ever.
