I was told it was ready on one day, and it was NOT completed. The car was not lining up ex. The hood was higher on one side and lower on the other, the headlights were off center, the grill was sticking over the side of the front end. Poor worksmanship.

If I could give a 0 I would. We were told the car was finished on 7-11 and that we could pick it up on 7-12 @ 11am. We were unable to pick up the car as when my husband touched the front end of the car, the front bumper completely fell off the vehicle. and a screw was on the ground in front of the vehicle. The car sat like that until Monday. Again we were called and told the car was ready, when I asked if they looked at the car on 7-14 during the day they stated no, its been parked out front all weekend. I told them we were there on saturday and told the front desk girl what had happened and she stated she would let the techs know the front bumper fell off the car. THAT WAS NEVER DONE! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITHIN THEIR OFFICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Service was good. We dealt w/ several different advisors during our experience and I felt that certain communications were maybe not relayed as well as they could have, but overall they did a good job
