The initial employee was fantastic hi a name is Fernando. The second employee and receptionists were not as efficient or helpful. The did not communicate with each other not help me transition to my car from my rental.

Was not contacted as often as promised. Several times I called for updated and was told that someone had tried to contact me days earlier, when thy had not (I only have a cell phone so the timing of received calls is never a mystery).

They interior repairs look horrible. It looks like someone with no automotive skills put it together. They left broken pieces of plastic in the car when it was returned to me. I will most likely have to take it else where to get the repairs done correctly.

Never called unless to report good news. I always had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. Always told me the car would be ready on a specific date and then it would not be and they would not even call.
