My experience was a pleasant surprise. Augustin managed the process. He was great. Kept me posted on everything. CC did a fabulous job with my Highlander. I dropped off a dirty car that needed a new front bumper and headlight shields. At pick up, I got a fully mended car that had also been cleaned. Driving home tonight, I didn’t have to stay on high beam to see. What a difference. I will do yelp and Nextdoor tomorrow.

Everything was easy. The San Carlos people were professional and friendly. They partner with Enterprise to pick us up and drop the car back with them. I will definitely use the San carlos office for future body work. The only negative I have, and it almost cost them our business, was the constant phone calls to start the process from the 800 number and another office.
