repair is fine with the exception of the diagnostic test set the computer off of factory settings & the car does not have the ceramic coat on the doors as the car came with ceramic coating when purchased, it's a new car. I do have the ceramic coating invoice in the glove box of the car with the window sticker.

John, the miniature of the San Clemente location was not. You're very good with his follow through right? He called me a couple of days before the car was finished. Told me that it would be done on late Tuesday or early. Wednesday right, when wednesday came around, mike, a rental benefits were up and I needed to get the car back as we had discussed. He was awesom, unavailable both to me and any other employees that tried to get ahold of him. I called him 4 times that day. Reeve was first in a meeting, and then I called leader. He was then yeah, without meeting somebody for lunch. He never got back to me. I had to go to the original location where my car was dropped off. They told me they didn't know anything. I had to go to San Clemente. They didn't really know anything until they checked and my car. I took it home that day because my rental was up, but I have to take it back to get some rivets, put in that. Were not finished at the time it was fixed. I was very disappointed. I'm very frustrated and he did not communicate with me. The way he was supposed to this whole time. I've been told many good things about caliber collision, but I had a very poor experience. With me, unfortunately I don't think John should be the manager of that location. Because yes, even if his employees can't get ahold of him, that's ridiculous during business hours. If he's working, yes, he should be able to be gotten the hold of But nobody could get a hold of him, because his phone was off.That is not acceptable
