My daughter has a wheelchair accessible vehicle that was rear ended and the sprouts parking lot, the impact was hard and it did a lot more damage than we initially thought so the person who hit us asked if we could just take care of it off insurance and she would pay cash. Thankfully, we came to Caliber Collision in San Clemente and they were able to provide us with an estimate (it was thousands of dollars). Danille the service person at Caliber Collision contacted the lady who hit us and explained everything that needed to be replaced and she was shocked. Daniel told her that if there were just wires that were disconnected under the car that the bill would come in less, but we have to assume that everything under the rear bumper (backup camera) was broken and needed to be replaced. But the good news is because Caliber Collision is such an honest repair shop. They were able to just reconnect wires and not have to replace the camera. Baby being honest, they were able to say the lady that hit us money and even though they gave us a four day turnaround to fix everything that was wrong. They were able to get my daughter’s wheelchair van back to her in two days, which meant everything to her. Because without her car, she can’t move her 450 pound Wheelchair anywhere. My sincere thanks to the manager, Chris , and the service person Danille, who were so kind and helped us return to our life. Many thanks- I would highly recommend them.!

Caliber cosmetically fixed the damage however there are some outstanding issues from the accident that were not addressed. The tailgate is difficult to close/open as it is catching and front driver side door also creaks. All of these issues were brought up when I dropped the vehicle off.

All employees were courteous and knowledgeable. Especially would like to thank Tino in the body shop, he assisted me in getting some items from my vehicle after I dropped it off. Tino was very nice and accommodating at 7:30 in the morning and let me know it was not a problem and he was happy to help me. Also the receptionist in the office was very efficient and explained everything I needed to sign and made me feel extremely valued as a client.

"My vehicle is brand new, and I am not satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. The fender was not assembled correctly, leaving a noticeable gap between it and the adjacent components. As a result, I declined to accept the vehicle and returned it for further service. Additionally, the protective film was not applied properly, as it contains visible air bubbles."
