"My vehicle is brand new, and I am not satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. The fender was not assembled correctly, leaving a noticeable gap between it and the adjacent components. As a result, I declined to accept the vehicle and returned it for further service. Additionally, the protective film was not applied properly, as it contains visible air bubbles."

I've had work done in the past with Caliber, and this isn't the first time there's been an issue afterward.

It came back with some sloppy and/or unfinished work-details. The larger part is fine.Since then the person in charge (Tracy) has not followed up or returned my calls.

10 at the beginning, 2 at the end. The job wasn't finished completely/correctly. He communicated with me great during the repair, but since then nothing.I also appreciate that he had his detail guy buff out a couple scuffs on the rear bumper.
