I realize the timing of my accident was unfortunate, the holidays were here. I accept that a lot of the work had to be sub contracted to other vendors. My car and driving is my business. I was disappointed that I had to pay $1500.00 for a rental car to be able to keep working. That’s more of an insurance issue. I was hoping for a quicker repair, but I had no choice. The caliber staff was professional and nice to work with. My car is driving very well, that’s the most important thing. I’m continuing my support to work with Caliber as I am using Caliber glass to repair / replace my windshield.this week. Yadire at the San Clemente Shop was very nice and super helpful, especially on the insurance issues. Thanks to All at Caliber, Regards, Kevin
