Mike was a great help and took his time explaining the entire process. I appreciate that he updated me on regular basis any time there was a status change. The work that the shop did was amazing...my car felt and looked like it was brand new! I really appreciate the external and internal cleaning. My only negative would be the front desk worker Gina. She provided okay customer service but did so with an attitude.
