The guy who took my car in was great and explained everything. And the gentleman who helped me tonight when I picked up my car was beyond amazing! I called this morning and told the lady who answered that I would be in later today tompick up my car and drop off my rental. She never mentioned that you closed at 1. When I arrived at 1:20 everyone was gone except the gentleman who happened to be leaving last. In the future communication could be much better.

Friendly and helpful staff. Repair and car looked great. However, AAA rep had to follow up on repair schedule, and then i got a callback from Caliber staff. Plus when picking up car, paperwork that should have been prepared and signed at drop off was not mentioned or prepared ahead of time.

Repair was done in a short period of time. Staff was attentive and professional. Car was delivered to our home which is a pleasant surprise. Details like that made our life very easy.
