My Experience

I have just une problem. Once I brought the rental car they want to charge one more day. I couldn't pick up the on the 18th because I received a call at 5.20 and since the place was closing 5,30. It would be impossible for me to arrive on time. Next morning I had a meet at work from 8 to 9,30. So as soon the meeting was over I went to bring the car back and I didn't like how was handle. Roberto from garage said it will be resolved after talk with the insurance. I'm looking for to have my deposit credited to my visa.
