So happy that my Mini was repaired and cleaned beautifully and in a timely manner. Everyone was very helpful and kind. This evening my back seat rider was locked in so I was planning to call in the morning to make an appointment to see how it could be corrected before I did the survey. My roommate told me to check on the child lock button. I checked on you tube, looked for the switch and hooray it worked!!!!

From drop-off to pick-up, the team at Caliber Collision was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They kept me in the loop, the whole time with calls and text messages, answered every question, and made the whole thing stress-free. The repair quality was top-notch. When I picked it up, I thought that they did a great service on my son’s car and I asked about a few scratches on the front of my car. They took care of it on the spot in about five minutes, no charge. That kind of service is very rare now days. Thank you for going above and beyond. Highly recommend.
