Please note I have had work done here before. The last time as we were going around and inspecting the car, it was noted that the work was not complete and it had to be kept longer. It appears that there may be some problems with their quality review before the work is released.

It was the replacement of a convertible top. I am needing to return it, because it was obvious from the loud noise the day after I picked it up that it was not sealed or place correctly. It sounded like a window was open in the car when it was not. It is obvious that it was not test driven on the highway before it was given to me.

The estimator was rude, yelled at me from about 20 feet away and gve me incorrect info. The general manager was nice and professional. I requested him to call teh USAA mgr and he did so.
