i would have given a 10/10 but driving away the van had computer check engine light issues with a EFC light on the dash. something that could have been found with a proper test drive. in addition a window latch was installed that did not work. all of these items are being fixed however it is time wasted for them and me both. the staff is very friendly and organized. just better quality control is needed.
