The company/manager doesn't seem to sincerely care about his work, just wanted me to accept the vehicle and start on the next job.

I had to ask the manager to have his guys fix the bumper when he brought out the truck and told me it was finished. The bumper was off at least 2 inches from where it should have been and was completely obvious. As professionals they should have easily seen this before I did. They brought it out a second time and it was still off just a little bit and the manager insisted that toyota sent a bad bumper. Highly doubtful though..
