Repairs were high quality, but the customer service ruined it for us. Having an accident is stressful enough. Feeling like you have to manage the people overseeing the claims and repairs was too much.

Very limited communication from the team. I had to call several times for each step of the process to make sure it was moving along. I was told a time estimate and received no updates during the repair. When I called to see if the estimated completion date was still going to work the representatives responded as if I was being unreasonable. The whole process felt like I had to drive any progression other than the actual repair.
