This was a great experience all around. Everyone was helpful and communicative throughout the process. Can't remember names, but the front desk associate and the technician were both incredibly helpful. The wash and wx upon pickup was a great touch. Thanks Caliber!

Service was non existent. Asked for estimate on extra work and was never called with answer. Called and left message with receptionist multiple times to inquire and never called back. Now I will be out more time and expense. Thanks for nothing. Additionally, received told 4 different pick days. When finally done had to pop plastic bumper pieces in place. Called Gieco and informed them will be taking vehicle to Toyota to have repair inspected. Will never go to Calibet Collison again and will tell anyone who asks the same.
