Our overall experience wasn't good by the following reasons: - we supposed to call to check the repair status - the done status was rescheduled 3 times - when we noticed that the repair wasn't done in full, the additional circumstances were just ignored - we like more customer-oriented service instead of working in the interests of the insurance company

Alberto and Timmy, with who I dealt, were unfailingly polite. Caliber took over an incomplete repair from Premier and seem to have gotten it right.
