Jake did an outstanding job from the time that I walked into the time that he handed my keys and my car was repaired. His customer service was next level and was in constant communication with me throughout the entire repairing of my car. He answered any question I had with enthusiasm and detailed information. Jake, our service advisor worked with us to order the parts in advance as the car was damaged but driveable. Then with the parts available the repairs were scheduled and actually started as soon as we dropped the car off. Jake kept informed with daily text updates and completed the work by our hoped-for date. The car looks great, as it did before the accident.

There was good communication at the outset of my repair. As it got nearer to completion, I would have appreciated more updates. On the first day the car was to be completed, I left three messages without receiving a return call. Ultimately the car was not completed for three more days. Nevertheless, the workmanship is excellent.
