There was good communication at the outset of my repair. As it got nearer to completion, I would have appreciated more updates. On the first day the car was to be completed, I left three messages without receiving a return call. Ultimately the car was not completed for three more days. Nevertheless, the workmanship is excellent.

Not yet. First, the car looks fantastic. Second, I haven’t yet had an opportunity to speak to my contact, Brisa, so that we can make things right. My quote included repair of the “package tray” which wasn’t replaced or repaired. I’m confident that this will be made good promptly. At that point I’ll be able to answer “yes.”

I have filed my complaints with corporate. The work performed was very poor, my car was returned damaged and with a scratch about 3 inches long on the drivers door, over spray on the drivers window and front windshield, over spray on my running board and a 4 inch scratch on my inside drivers window that looks like it was made by a razor blade removing over spray. I am very unhappy with the overall quality of the work and would consider not ever using Caliber Collision again. To top all of this off, the car was returned dirty.

My repair advisor, Jake Harlan, was fantastic! I received a text everyday with an update telling me of the status of my repair. He was very friendly and it was a pleasure to work with him. I was also very pleased with the excellent work that was done on the car. Better than new.

Trevor handled our claim with complete professionalism and integrity. He kept us updated with the repair process by letting us know when the car was finished being repaired and going into the paint shop and again after he quality checked the work. My wife and I will only bring our cars to Caliber San Juan Capistrano!
