A thorough QA check should be done before returning cars to customers. I now have to spend more time working with another Caliber Collision location to adjust two door panels and order and replace a front headlight cover.

Caliber customer service was great working with Tyler and Oscar. However I had experienced a few issues before and after receiving the car. One tire was replaced, but the alignment had to be adjusted in addition to replacing the suspension parts. The suspension and alignment issues were only discovered the day I was supposed to pick up the car! I'm not sure if this could have been checked sooner than the day I thought my car was ready. The car took over two months to repair and I understood it took time to find doors to replace. After receiving the car, I noticed the front and rear right passenger doors were not aligned correctly. The front door panel was not flushed and the right front headlight had a small crack in it. The headlight was not damaged prior to the accident. It was very disappointing that the quality of the doors was not aligned correctly. I feel that the door alignment should have been obvious to fix visually. Now I will have to take more time to work with another Caliber Collisions to fix what should have been done initially. Caliber is willing to help and overall did a good job of the repairs.
