The damaged rim cover was moved to a different wheel. Seems like a shady thing to do. For what? To save $50 bucks on a replacement? Also, the car was moved to your Granada location without our permission or even acknowledgment. My wife showed up to the Francis location to pickup the car only to find out it had been moved. Just overall not a good experience. No need to contact to me, just do better with your customers.

Great experience! Front office receptionist Nayeli was very polite, prompt, and helpful. Service technician Lorenzo is amazing! He kept me constantly apprised of progress via text/calls, and achieved customer-favored outcome, negotiating very well with my stingy insurance company. I highly recommend Caliber. . . great customer service and repair quality.
