I will not be satisfied until they complete the sloppy job they did. Pat said they will be done the things that needs to be done this coming Wednesday. State Farm is fully aware of it. I was expecting to have my truck finished the first time with no hustles.

My car wasn’t done right the first time, poorly reassembled and misusing rivers and clips, bubbles and debris over the paint and Pat R. Has very poor customer skills. When I pick my truck today, he refused to listen to me and told me “drive-off”. You never treat or said things like that to a customer. I’m still not happy, mostly for his attitude towards me. I will never come back or referred this shop to anybody.

The car looked even BETTER than it did prior to my accident. Jeff Wood was available for any inquiries via email or phone during all parts of the process. He was a true professional and I felt like I was leaving my car in good hands. The front desk queen (can't recall her name right now!) was friendly and efficient- I was not in a great mood dropping off my car, but she managed to make me feel welcomed with her customer service skills and killer sense of humor. She was definitely an integral part of my excellent experience with Caliber. Based on the amount of cars I saw on the lot with varying degrees of damage, I imagine the technicians at caliber are constantly busy and have to multitask like crazy, keeping track of ongoing repairs and ensuring parts will be available down the pipeline. Based on what was done with my Sonata,they are amazing at their jobs.
