Was the repair completed at a reasonable time? Yes, quick fix. Was there any communication after drop off? Nope, no communications after drop off. There was no updates. I had to call to get an update with them just saying “it’s ready by 4pm today”. I had to ask what was the final price, what was done to the car, was there anything else they found wrong? I can understand that it took only 3 days total to fix the car but it doesn’t take long to give a quick 15-20 second call or even a text in regards to updates on vehicle. Looking at the reviews looks like I’m not the only one giving a review about communication issues. Did I get the car back washed and clean? Yes, only issues is that they put a somewhat big sticker on the corner passenger windshield. When I got the car back the residue of the sticker was on the car. They didn’t even bother to take it off.

Tyler was outstanding. The lady at the front desk(sorry can’t remember her name) was very nice and helpful as well. There were a few hiccups but all was handled very professionally and we were very happy with the outcome. Would definitely return although I hope not for obvious reasons. Good job everyone also to the technicians that fixed the damage

It would have been better to have not to return to the Caliber shop to have the job done properly the first time. Derek was very cordial and professional. He accommodated me with transport to my destination and I appreciated that.
