Cynthia was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. However the same cannot be said for the other staff member working the front desk. I don't know her name, but she was dismissive to the point of almost being rude, and clearly does not care about my concerns

Cynthia was helpful and the service itself was well done. The other female front-desk worker is unprofessional, and lacks care for the customer, and unmannered.

Cynthia was professional and kind. The other worker was not, so it is split down the middle, but I am giving a 6 since Cynthia's professionalism outweighed the other worker's lack of it. In addition, my name has been repeatedly logged as "Stungtyo" (in fact, it still is), when I have made I made the correction clear, that it is "Seung Pyo".
