My experience and communication was positive up until the date of scheduled pick up. There was no follow up from anyone for Cynthia needing to leave. After initiating a call at 4:45 pm I was told it would be ready in 20 min. Robert was helpful when I arrived, but car was clearly not finished with being cleaned. Tires/wheels and interior of car were dirty. Bird droppings on fender and box left in trunk. Glad to have car back, but stressful and disappointing end to my experience.

Repair job was flawless looks like nothing ever happen cleaned and detailed the car as well thank you guys for everything! Still a little bummed bumper wasn’t replaced but all body work was flawless
