I had such a great experience at Caliber Collision! My Subaru was in the shop for a few weeks after an accident, and from start to finish, the team took amazing care of everything. Nelson especially went above and beyond—he kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. When I got my car back, I was honestly blown away. It looks brand new again—like nothing ever happened! The quality of work is top-notch, and the customer service was outstanding. Both my insurance company and I were charged for the work. I asked TWICE if I was only charged my deductible and I was assured that I was. I am still waiting for the check. And the work was average. I have to bring my car back to to buff out imperfections of the work.

It was great up until I got my car. Daily check ins. But for an in house mistake I shouldn’t have to wait for my money back when my insurance company was already charged.

Satisfied w the repairs. Confused : worried when i start my truck notification of oil change tire rotation is there i had the oil changed 1500 miles ago. & CarPlay doesnt work. Was there an update done on the computer idk about?
