I am completely satisfied with the repair. To be perfectly honest, I was shocked by the additional charges beyond the initial appraisal to repair but that it USAAs realm of expertise and I’ll just leave it at that.

Kelly was AWESOME!! Great communication, but the General Insurance made everything difficult. Marking the rating down because after having repairs to my rear bumper & door, the spare tire was left completely flat.
