Javier and tge team did a great job with my van. Javier was as professional as you could want. The repairs met my inspection. All of that being said, I do have one major complaint. The lady that answers the phone seriously needs a class on how to treat a customer on the phone. She is rude and short every single time. But, she did not work on my van. Maybe get a different employee to answer the phone. As a small business owner, I would love to have a guy like Javier working for me. Great service.

I had the best experience with Caliber Collision! Their customer service is excellent. I worked with Javier who explained everything to me, kept me well informed. I felt he went over and above what I expected or should I say what I’ve had from other body shops. I highly recommend as the job they did was thorough and high quality.
