Javier was excellent. He was thoughtful and communicative throughout. He did an excellent job especially given unique family circumstances. Incredibly grateful for his partnership and thoughtful approach. Hopefully no more accidents but if so I will go back to Javier at Caliber!

I was notified my car would be ready on 2/11 then got a call on 2/6 saying to come and pick it up. It would have been helpful to have more accurate advance notice of when the car would be ready.
