I chose to bring my truck back to caliber collision because I was warmly greeted by Kelley at the front desk. She was there my second time around- knowledgeable, friendly & kind as ever. Javier received the work detail after that spent a lot of time with me advocating on my behalf with my insurance ensuring my concerns were heard & acknowledged. Unfortunately, Progessive Insurance doesn't believe in quality of safety,, however, caliber collision does! I would recommend this company to absolutely any and everyone because of their dedication and care to your vehicle being restored to its original condition prior to any issues you've had and going to bat for you if your insurance company to make sure that you are heard & receive the coverage you pay for. Have you took the time to explain to me in depth so that I could understand which means a lot. They always detail the inside of my truck, so appreciated. You leave with explanation paperwork, depicting the work done, etc. and they even walk me through the rest and the part numbers for my specific vehicle make and model that I need to order on my own with a couple options of different mechanics :reliable & affordable, to pick from. Each part of the experience is incomplete, I have to come back for damages that should have been corrected. Found Damages to my vehicle from repairs at Caliber after repair. My stereo does not work after repair. Asked for them to perform additional repairs which they could not complete in time after having vehicle for 2 weeks. Picked up my vehicle. Found left over pant debris like vehicle was not cleaned. Now I have to call my insurance and ask them why my vehicle was not fixed first attempt. Now I have to take my time out my day for concerns that should have been addressed and corrected 1st time
