Each part of the experience is incomplete, I have to come back for damages that should have been corrected. Found Damages to my vehicle from repairs at Caliber after repair. My stereo does not work after repair. Asked for them to perform additional repairs which they could not complete in time after having vehicle for 2 weeks. Picked up my vehicle. Found left over pant debris like vehicle was not cleaned. Now I have to call my insurance and ask them why my vehicle was not fixed first attempt. Now I have to take my time out my day for concerns that should have been addressed and corrected 1st time

All the people I dealt with at Caliber were super helpful and knowledgeable. They also kept me well informed of the progress of the repairs with frequent updates. Best of all, the repairs look great; I couldn't find any sign that the car's body had been worked on. Finally, the car was nicely detailed when I picked it up.

Javier and the rest of the Caliber team provided us with an exceptional experience. They were very courteous and gave us valuable information and recommendations our repairs. They even helped with our second vehicle that wasn’t really part of the repair project. All this and an excellent job with a good-as-new result, at a very reasonable price!
