Nelson Cruz was our service advisor and did an excellent job of handling our claim, estimating the cost of needed repairs, and keeping us up-to-date on when our car would be ready for pick-up. Also. he was always available by phone when we had questions. The car looks great!

passenger seat was a dirty. It was cleaned up quickly with the leather cleaner before I left. But it was concerning to see - made me question how careful they were with hygiene / cleaning during COVID while doing my repair.
