You guys should give the option for negative numbers on the scale, because the actual satisfaction level was a -10. Your manager, Derek Weldon, should be fired. The work was very poor quality. First, the seam sealer they applied was sloppy, rough, and full of small holes. They didn’t notice this, and just painted over it. So it all had to be ground off and re-done. They did not protect, tarp out any of the interior, so the whole thing was thickly covered in dust when they asked me to pick it up. I refuse to pick it up after I saw how dirty it was. Then they had it cleaned, but the rear doors were hung poorly, with daylight coming in. They also wouldn’t latch properly. I finally had enough, and told USAA to remove the van from the premises and take it to another shop. The other shop said all the work that they saw was done horribly, and much of it needs to be redone. To Top it all off, Derek sent me the invoice for the FULL amount, as if it was all done properly! It looks like he’s even charging me for the extra time they spent fixing their own poor quality sealer!

Repair we not done up to par. Paint drips on the car and side bumber was not sealed flush to the car. I had to request the repair be done correctly which they completed up one my request. Sub par experience.
