Car looked fine but the metal panel on the bottom was loose & kept banging loudly

When I got the car back & it was supposed to be completed finished, I drove the car back to where I was working(about 4 or 5 miles. When I got off the freeway, I could hear this loud banging coming from under the car. One of the employees where I work looked under the car & said the metal plate under the car was barely hanging. I called Caliber a call & they said I should drive it back or bring it back on Monday. No offer to tow the car back. I finally got the car back there & they put on the rack, Three of the 4 bolts holding up the metal pan under the car were missing. The mechanic said he didn’t know how it happened but they admitted they did look under the car.
