Everyone was very nice starting with the kind woman at the counter who was very helpful. I didn’t get her name but she answered all my questions in a kind way and was clear and direct with insurance related questions. Nelson was great and was straight to the point about the work that needed to be done and everything looks great. I was surprised by the quality of work I was not expecting the paint to match that good and for everything to look brand new. Javier was very helpful when picking up my car and went over all of the work that was done. He was very nice and great at communicating. The car looks great and cleaner than when I brought it in. I have no complaints
