Amador, Dulce, and Luis were very kind and listened to me. They listened to all of my concerns and were very PROACTIVE at making sure services were rendered. If I owned a business, I would want people like Amador, Dulce and Luis working on my team. There was never any friction and they also listened to my babbling with a smile. This shop is the only one that I have had a great experience. In 2001 my 1969 dodge dart was hit hard by a fleet service truck, and the repair facility could not fix my car properly, or find special parts for the headlights and bumper, but I know if I had brought it to caliber in Santa Fe springs, I would not have been heartbroken as I was for years. Also, in 2023, my dodge van was hit and when I had it repaired it took that car to a facility in Santa Ana. It took over 3 months for them to complete the job, and they also racked up miles on my vehicle. I know Caliber collision would have only taken 2 weeks to complete the job, especially with Amador, Dulce, and Luis being involved in the process. I am convinced that raised the bar in the auto body repair industry, & it takes people like Amador, Dulce and Luis to help raise that bar!

I had my catalytic converter replaced there. Second time this year. My OEM part took long, because of back orders. Once there it took a few hours to be put in. Priscilla is very nice also Dulce, and Amador. 🤗

Very nice and friendly people. As soon as my back order of my catalytic converter came in. My car was picked up, and 7 hours later it was ready for pick up. They even wash and vacuumed my car. I was not expecting that. Thank you , Priscilla, Dulce, and Amador. 🤗
