I appreciate the great communication. I knew everything that was happening with my car. I also really appreciated the coordination with my insurance and the rental car. Having the rental car delivered when I dropped off the car and being able to leave it when I picked mine up was a huge help. The car looks great and I appreciate how nicely it was cleaned for me. I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My car looks absolutely brand new — you’d never know it had any damage. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special shoutout to Anita, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless. Not only did they finish the repairs ahead of schedule, but they also took care of my rental car coordination, which made everything so much more convenient. A few things really won my approval during this visit. Not only was the bodywork done beautifully and completed earlier than expected, but someone had also wiped down the interior of my car — including the cupholders, dashboard, and the cluster around the speedometer — and vacuumed the floors. The exterior had been washed as well. Those little touches made a big impression. The woman at the front desk, Anita, was absolutely wonderful. I had not herd of your shop before my insurance company offered your name as one of their shops they deal with and I might add i didn't think I was going to like the shop but was sastisfied from walking through the front door. This shop is by far the best auto body shop I've ever dealt with on all levels. Keeping me informed on everything that took place with the repair on my car. These guys are amazing!! The manager Anthony and Anita (who was my go to) were extremely empathetic to my needs and kept me informed and updated throughout the process. Getting your car repaired after an accident is never fun but they made the process smooth and hassle free. They paid keen attention to the details going as far as moving the Jeep badge on my hood. Mind you there was no damage to the hood of my vehicle. They noticed it was off center and took it upon themselves to move it for me. Free of charge…and never mentioned it. I noticed it. Sometimes in life it’s the little things that count. I can’t recommend them enough!! They went above and beyond.
