The vehicle needs to be aligned. The alignment is off. Not sure how this works with an insurance claim.

My car was repaired efficiently and expediently. Both Alexis and Anthony were very pleasant to work with at the 3310 Industrial St. location. My car was done within three days and I was kept aware of the progress. And I was very pleased that an official MBZ replacement part was used. My car was sparkling, clean and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up! I would highly recommend Caliber Colision and Anthony!!

They were very helpful, responsive, understanding, nice and just made me feel like I made the right choice in shops. They kept me updated and were on time for everything. When I got the car back I was so pleased that I wanted to cry. I felt like it was a brand new car and didn’t want to drive it off the lot. Great job guys!!

I am not only would not recommend it but have told many people to never go there and that it was a horrible horrible experience

My car was butchered when it was in there. It came out way worse than it was. I ended up taking it to another shop to repair my car. The rear door would not open or close. The overall quality was visibly bad and bad to the touch. Also do manager Anthony was extremely rude to me and behaved like a child. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go there and didn't even want them to try to make it better because of how bad it was and how rudely i was treated
