They are communicative and upfront, timely and so very nice to work with. Anthony and team are wonderful! Anita and Angie at the SR Ave location are absolute gems! And I look forward to do continued business with them. Highly recommend!! (I manage a sizeable fleet in Sonoma county and have worked with many auto repair/body shops in town. Anthony and his team were absolutely amazing! My insurance company was causing me quite a bit of trouble, but thanks to Anthony and his team, they were able to get it all taken care of for me. They were in constant communication with me about everything that was happening. I cannot express how appreciative I am for how much they were able to get done. I would absolutely recommend that if you ever need any body work done on your car, go to Anthony at Caliber at his location. They have multiple sights, but I highly suggest going to Anthony at his primary location 3310 Industrial Drive Santa Rosa! He really goes above and beyond for his customers! On top of all that, when I got my car back it had been washed and detailed. Honestly, I have been around the block, these guys are so easy to work with and they always were available whenever I called.

Having a vehicle repaired after an accident was a new experience for me. I had no idea what to expect. Anita and Angie were both willing to answer my questions. Anita explained all the details of the agreement and what the repair would involve. I was even offered a ride home after dropping the car off. How generous was that? The repair was easy and was done on time. Thank you to everyone at Caliber Collision for making this process go so smoothly. Earlier I received a message that I would be receiving a survey. I didn't get one. Is it still forthcoming?

While the need to repair a car after a collision is something no one wants to experience, because Caliber in Santa Rosa staff's handling of my repair after I was rear ended was above and beyond, restoring my car to excellent condition, I could not be more grateful that this is location where my car repair took place.
