I was interested in replacing my cracked windshield and asked for a quote on a new windshield. I was told I would receive a call to get a quote. I never received the call. I even called to remind them and I was told I would get a quote the next day, but I never did. So I decided just to wait and get a new windshield elsewhere. Besides that customer service was good.

Caliber collision did an amazing job on my car! from the very beginning i was walked through every step of the process, from the insurance part, to fixing my car, they even went as far as to put me in a rental car! As a new driver, i was unsure of how to handle the situation but Anthony at the santa rosa location was very kind and walked me through the whole thing! He answered every question i had, and made sure i understood what to expect. In a matter of days, my totaled car was brand new! the turn around time is exceptional here at caliber collision. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs!
