From the start the team was willing to do what it takes to make the process easy. Alex greeted me with a smile and some popcorn. Cody was professional, and did a great job explaining the process up front. I even got a ride to Enterprise from Juan. He was just and friendly as the rest. Roger, even helped get the right step pads for my truck.
