Satisfied just had to ask for a quick buff where the bumper scratched the side of car during the accident.

Customer service was amazing at the santee location friendly and helpful with any question I had. The San Marcos location in the other hand I will never go and would not recommend to anyone. Micheal and his team are the worse and did not feel welcomed they seemed inconvenienced by me being there.

I am satisfied because the scratches on my car were fixed. The estimate was provided quickly and the cost was reasonable (the repair was paid by the insurance company of the person who hit my car).

When I visited the collision center the lobby was empty, nobody was in the front desk and I have to wait for a couple of minutes until someone notice my presence. The personnel at front desk were really nice and explained the process.

They’re extremely polite and efficient. I’m so thankful I had the team to reassemble my bumper. No one likes to be in an accident but they handled my case with care. From making sure I had enterprise pick me up, to allowing me to drop my rental off at the collision center. Caliber is literally the best collision center I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I have found two issues with the repair. The door is not aligned properly and the window makes a loud click noise when opened. I have scheduled an appointment Thursday to try and resolve this.
